Post a Query  This link is for posting a work related query  Employee  • You may post a query related to any matter pertaining to work  • Your query will be forwarded to appropriate person/ department and resolution shall be posted back  • The query system has an in-built escalation model by which if query is unanswered it shall be moved to next level for resolution within the defined time  • The query can be re-opened at your end , if the answer provided is non-satisfactory  • The query needs to be closed if the resolution provided is satisfactory  • The query posted by you will be copied to your reporting manager and HOD for information  Reporting Manager  • The reporting manager can only view the query posted for information
